The finish is satin or polished. The body of our patch fittings are made from zinc alloy, this is stronger then aluminium. The glass preparations are in most cases the same as Dorma. All fittings come pre-assembled with removable protection on the stainless steel covers, as well as been bagged. Our version of a Dorma PT10 also comes within the box all necessary components to make a PT20 or a PT30. Our version of a Studio Rondo patch lock comes with stainless steel covers, not simulated like you get with studio rondo. The glass preparation is exactly the same as Dorma. Coming soon will be the ability to use bolt through levers on non sprung roses. Ether our own brand or the likes of D-line from allgoods as the body of the lock is prepared for levers with 38mm or 32mm hole centres. Our lever handles are made with a tube thickness is 1mm. Where there is a need for cylinders our locks are cut to fit standard European style cylinders. Our pull handles are made from 1.6mm thick tube. We also stock solid pull handles and various other fittings for toughened glass assemblies.
