Typographical Errors
In the event that a Infinity Glass Ltd product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Infinity Glass Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Infinity Glass Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Infinity Glass Ltd shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. Infinity Glass ltd hold the rights to the goods untill payment has been made in full. Infinity Glass Ltd also hold the right to charge intrest of 5% above the bank of Englend base rate on all unpaid goods. From the time the monies became due untill settlement has been agreed or honoured.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Infinity Glass Ltd or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions will apply to all orders received via our on line e-shop and can only be varied with our written consent. We do reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice being given.
Delivery Deliverieswill be made during normal working hours; Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. All goods must be checked and signed for at the time of delivery YOU ARE SIGNING TO SAY THAT THE GOODS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED AND THAT THE PACKAGING IS NOT DAMAGED IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM. Once a delivery has been unloaded and signature obtained appropriate storage and security measures will become your responsibility. Infinity Glass Ltd will not be held responsible for damage or loss following delivery except as described in the following paragraph covering our returns policy.
VAT Invoice A VAT Invoice will be posted to the Invoice address given at the point of order within 14 days of delivery being made.
Appropriate Use No responsibility will be taken by Infinity Glass Ltd for the condition and/or failure of surrounding structures to which our products are installed and fixed. Neither will we accept any responsibility for the failure of products utilised for purposes other than those for which they have been designed.
Our returns policy We will accept the return of items that are damaged or defective on delivery provided such damage or defect of the packaging is marked on the curriers notes and we are advised of this writing within 48 hours of delivery. We will also accept for return any goods delivered incorrectly provided they are returned complete, undamaged and in their original packaging. No goods will be accepted for return for any other reasons. Items accepted for return will result in a full refund or the despatch of replacement goods.
Our Refund Policy Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights. Any refunds due will be made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase and within two weeks of our receiving the returned items. How refunds are calculated You will be refunded the original price and delivery change paid for the goods and we will also reimburse your postage costs in returning the goods to us.

Please note we can not accept returns delivered by hand. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery.

Your rights As stipulated by the Data Protection Act 1998, within 21 days of your written request we will supply you with full written details of all personal information held about you and how the data has been used. There will be a £15 administration charge for this service. All purchases from this site constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and formation of a contract. This contract is subject to the Law of England and Wales. Infinity Glass Ltd withhold the title of the goods untill payment in full.

Our Cancellations
Policy
Cancellation of any order or part thereof or rescheduling of any deliveries by the Buyer will only be considered by the Seller if made in writing no less two working days before the original delivery date. In the event that any order or part thereof is cancelled or rescheduled then the Buyer shall indemnify the Seller against all loss & expense arising.
Our Refund Policy
Any refunds due will be made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase and within two weeks of our receiving the returned items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Any refunds due will comprise the original price of the goods returned plus the corresponding delivery charge. Full reimbursement of the carriage costs incurred in returning the goods will also be refunded.
